Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. is seeking a dedicated outreach and admissions professional to lead candidate recruitment for Job Corps programs in the Green Bay area.

You will interview prospects, gather essential information, and guide them through orientation and enrollment with a focus on compliance and accuracy. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, reports, and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in outreach and admissions in youth programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities with public service agencies and community organizations.
• Interview candidates and collect pertinent information.
• Prepare documentation and review with the center as needed.
• Provide orientation and tours for prospects and schedule visits.
• Maintain monthly goals and document outreach activities.
• Record contact attempts within 24 hours and maintain compliance.
