Job summary

WindsorRehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Windsor, NC seeks an admissions and marketing professional to coordinate tours, assist with the admissions process, and support marketing efforts. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to manage admissions, transfers and referrals while maintaining resident comfort and dignity.

The role requires a high school diploma and marketing experience; a bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a marketing role or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility tours for prospective residents, families and referrers with team members.
• Assist with admissions by collecting paperwork and records.
• Ensure rooms are prepared before new residents arrive.
• Meet residents and families on admission day to ensure smooth process.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to manage admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Develop and maintain referral base.
• Provide daily census reports to the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with long-range and short-term marketing plans.
• Present the facility to healthcare professionals and referral sources.
• Report hazardous conditions, equipment issues, and supply concerns.
