Job summary

Windsor Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Windsor, NC is seeking a marketing-oriented professional to support admissions, referrals, and community outreach. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth admissions, maintain the referral base, and present the facility to healthcare professionals.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, plus marketing experience and a related degree.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year experience in a marketing role or similar experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinates facility tours for prospective Residents, families, and referrers with the interdisciplinary team.
Assists Residents and families with completing admission paperwork and obtaining medical records.
Prepares rooms prior to arrival of new Residents.
Meets with Residents and families on admission day to ensure a smooth process.
Develops and maintains referral base and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
Assists with development and implementation of long-range and short-term marketing plans.
Coordinates presentations about the facility to healthcare professionals and potential referral sources.
