Job summary

Education & Training Resources LLC in Excelsior Springs, MO is seeking an Admissions Counselor to assist in managing the Case Management and Counseling Program services and to support OA/OBS measures.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of youth work, plus 1 year in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services, and a valid driver’s license. You will coordinate outreach with the community and maintain thorough documentation to support student services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience working with youth.
• One (1) year’s experience in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management of the Case Management and Counseling Program services.
• Ensure OA contractual goals are met and corrective action plans are in place for any measures below 100%.
• Attend OMS meetings and participate in committees, supporting center functions and activities.
• Develop and maintain the AMP spreadsheet for each county and ensure Job Corps presence and recruitment plans.
