Job summary

Hope Center Ministries is seeking an Admissions Coordinator in Camden, TN to partner with community organizations and judicial agencies to screen and schedule admissions for prospective residents. The position requires guiding individuals through the admissions journey, coordinating with attorneys, courts, and staff, and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners

Qualifications

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, focusing on Excel.
• Strong ability to form and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in administrative tasks and reporting is preferred.
• Background in admissions or ministry context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prospective residents and families with encouragement, support, prayer, and ministry-centered guidance throughout the admissions journey.
• Respond to prospective resident inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner through phone calls, email, text, and other communication platforms.
• Conduct applicant screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for admission.
• Coordinate admissions, transportation, intake appointments, and related logistics to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain the ministry’s CRM and submit timely reports to appropriate parties.
