Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation of functional strategy through subordinate staff and ensures adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
• Manages budget and staffing for the function.
• Act as Department lead in absence of Executive Director of Admission.
• Manage recruitment territory to support enrollment goals.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; give performance feedback.
• Monitor records and reports to inform decisions.
• Direct financial budget activities for the function to fund operations.
• Recruit, interview and select employees to meet department needs.
• Suggest department strategy improvements to senior management.
