Job summary

Lacamas Creek SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to direct daily nursing activities and oversee nursing assistants. In this role, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and maintain high-quality resident care.

You will lead nursing staff, participate in care planning and quality assurance, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate charting and documentation in a busy long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
• Participate in developing and maintaining the care plan and quality assurance programs.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, and staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Complete required charting and documentation, and supervise nursing service staff during shifts.
