Paul Mitchell The School Houston is seeking an Enrollment Leader to connect with prospective students through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings. You will create personalized campus tours, guide applicants through enrollment, and track leads in the CRM while collaborating with campus teams to ensure a welcoming student journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, sales, hospitality, customer service, or marketing preferred.
• Experience in higher education, career education, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Some college coursework is preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Create engaging campus tours highlighting the school culture and student experience.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment from inquiry to first day of class.
• Build relationships with leads, following up consistently and offering encouragement.
• Represent the school at schools, fairs, events, and recruiting activities.
• Track enrollment activity, manage leads in the CRM, and support forecasting.
• Maintain accurate student records and enrollment documentation.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to ensure a smooth experience.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with prospective Future Professionals through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person appointments.

• Create engaging, personalized campus tours that bring the Paul Mitchell culture and student experience to life.

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, from their first inquiry through their first day of class.

• Build genuine relationships and provide consistent follow-up, encouragement, and support.

• Help prospective students feel informed, confident, and excited about their next step.

• Represent the school at high schools, career fairs, community events, open houses, and recruiting activities.

• Track enrollment activity, manage leads in the CRM, and support forecasting for upcoming class starts.

• Maintain accurate student records and enrollment documentation.

• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to create a smooth and welcoming student experience.

• Participate in professional development and leadership training.

• Contribute ideas, positive energy, and teamwork to our school culture.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Friday- 9-2pm
