Job summary

The Webb Schools seeks an enthusiastic Admission Intern to support the Admission Office during the fall recruitment season. This temporary role offers hands-on experience in education, admissions, communications, marketing, and student affairs.

You will conduct interviews, write summaries, respond to inquiries, manage applicant files in Slate, assist with events and tours, and support daily office operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in education, admissions, customer service, communications, student leadership, or event planning.
• Familiarity with independent schools is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission interviews with prospective students and families.
• Write interview summaries and evaluations.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective families via phone and email.
• Assist with applicant file management and data entry in Slate (CRM).
• Support admission events, tours, and virtual programming.
• Conduct tours and information sessions.
• Assist with recruitment communications and outreach initiatives.
• Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned.
