This in-person role focuses on guiding families through the intake process, educating clients, gathering documents, and coordinating with our intake team to ensure a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.

The role emphasizes driving referrals, building relationships with families, doctors, and community organizations, and developing outreach plans to grow census.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare or mental health admissions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable vehicle and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Market ABA Therapy services to families, schools, physicians, and diagnostic centers.
• Meet or exceed growth of client referrals and census.
• Talk to inbound leads and qualify them as referrals.
• Assist families to enroll by collecting insurance benefits and intake documents.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed.
