Job summary

Kent Place School seeks a warm, highly organized Admission and Financial Aid Operations Manager / Assistant to the Chief External Affairs and Strategic Partnership Officer to join a collaborative enrollment team. This in-person, 12-month, full-time role is the main point of contact for prospective families and oversees databases, events, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in enrollment, admissions, financial aid, or communications in an educational/nonprofit setting.
• Experience with database management and Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and phone skills; ability to engage warmly with diverse families, children, and staff.
• Excellent organization, project management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families and manage departmental communications, budgets, schedules, and office supplies.
• Coordinate logistics for open houses, preview days, tours, and recruitment events (including evenings/weekends).
• Maintain database integrity, produce benchmarking reports, track applicants through the enrollment funnel, and assist with financial aid processes and contracts.
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics for the Chief External Affairs and Strategic Partnership Officer across multiple school institutes.
• Actively participate in school life, upholding Kent Place's mission and commitment to inclusion and belonging.
