The Admissions & Finance Coordinator at the University of Colorado CHA/PA Program plays a pivotal role at the intersection of student admissions, program operations, finance, and leadership support.

The Admissions & Finance Coordinator is a highly visible role that serves at the intersection of student admissions, program operations, finance, and leadership support for the University of Colorado Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant (CHA/PA) Program. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare by helping recruit, select, and support the next generation of physician assistants. As a trusted member of a small, collaborative team, the successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, faculty, staff, students, and applicants while contributing to initiatives that directly support the program's educational mission and long‑term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities range from guiding prospective students through the admissions process, coordinating interview events, and supporting student onboarding, to managing financial transactions, administering scholarships, supporting accreditation and compliance activities, and providing executive-level support to program leadership. The position offers significant opportunity to improve processes, solve problems, and take ownership of projects that have a visible impact on applicants, students, faculty, and the program as a whole.
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three (3) days per week on campus and as needed for in‑person meetings.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $59,087 to $79,177.
