You will perform customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of patient stay, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining communication with the health center team.

Now hiring Admission Concierge

The Admissions Concierge will be appointed to overseeing all admissions coming into the health center(s) from pre-admission to discharge. As well, The Admissions Concierge will perform all customer service rounds within first 24 hours of patient stay ensuring patient satisfaction, reporting back to appropriate center leadership and ongoing throughout the duration of patient stay. Admissions Concierge will work closely with the marketing team and health center team to create a seamless admissions experience including thoroughly communicating patient specific needs, room readiness and hospitalized patient follow-up and return.
