Job description

The Admissions Concierge will be appointed to oversee all admissions coming into the health center(s) from pre-admission to discharge. The Concierge will perform all customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of patient stay, ensuring patient satisfaction, reporting back to appropriate center leadership, and continuing throughout the duration of the stay. The Concierges work closely with the marketing team and health center team to create a seamless admissions experience by thoroughly communicating patient-specific needs, room readiness, and hospitalized patient follow-up and return.
