• Bachelor’s degree or two years post-secondary education with two years administrative experience.
• Experience with database, word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and internet software; familiarity with reporting and pdf tools.
• Experience drafting business correspondence, forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, verify and maintain applications and credentials using technology tools.
• Evaluate admissibility of applicants by transcripts and documentation per policies.
• Enter/verify admission information in Banner and Admissions CRM.
• Determine residency considerations per policies.
• Assist prospective students and families via email, phone, or in person.
