Job summary

Gwinnett Institute Raleigh Campus is hiring an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach via phone, texts, and email using our CRM, plus career planning sessions and campus tours.

You will collaborate with financial services, assist with paperwork, and ensure outstanding service for new enrollments from orientation through start.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree Preferred (or Relevant Experience).
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Results-driven, detail orientated and team player.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Sales background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Must be willing to make high volume of outreach to prospects using CRM. Phone calls, texts and emails.
• Conduct interviews with potential students to match with the appropriate program.
• Conduct tours of campus. Assist prospective students with enrollment decisions and paperwork.
• Collaborate with financial services to address financial concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new enrollments through New Student Orientation and class start.
