Job summary

CHCP, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an admissions recruiter to engage prospective students via phone, email, and in person. You will lead campus tours, interview applicants, explain program options and support services, and guide candidates from application to start date.

You will participate in local events, maintain relationships for student success, and generate referrals to meet enrollment goals. Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admissions, recruitment, or sales experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Goal-driven, organized, and ethical approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students by phone, email, and in-person Lead engaging campus tours and enrollment interviews.
• Explain program options, career paths, and student support services.
• Guide students through admissions steps, from application to start date.
• Participate in local events, open houses, and outreach activities.
• Maintain relationships with students to ensure their success.
• Generate referrals and support enrollment goals.
