Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and SIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of College Admissions experience.
  • 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with FERPA.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to set appointments and conduct interviews.
  • Contact prospective learners to confirm appointments and provide information while ensuring compliance standards.
  • Provide a daily activity report to the Supervisor.
  • Enter inquiry information in the system and track correspondence with prospective learners.
  • Utilize the Discover, Commit, Start Application process with prospective learners.
  • Assist prospective learners and families involved in decision-making.
  • Invite qualified applicants to apply and support through the application process.
  • Update and maintain learner records in the LMS.
  • Review required enrollment documents to ensure accreditation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other functions to optimize learner enrollment.
  • Review eLearn assessment results to evaluate suitability for admission.
  • Participate in weekly Admissions meetings and trainings.

About the Role:

We're looking for an Admissions Enrollment Advisor I to serve as the very first connection for prospective students exploring a nursing career. This isn't a call-center job, it's a relationship-building role at the front door of our institution. You'll guide applicants through every step of the Discover, Commit, Start Application journey, making sure they feel supported, informed, and genuinely seen.

This is a full-time, remote, hourly-nonexempt position with occasional travel (a few times per year) and hours that flex with your assigned time zone, including occasional Saturdays.

What You'll Do:
  • Initiate outbound phone calls and handle inbound calls in response to inquiries each day to set appointments and conduct interviews with prospective learners.
  • Contact prospective learners to confirm and conduct scheduled appointments, ensuring all necessary information is communicated, any questions are addressed, and adherence to all compliance and accreditation standards is maintained.
  • Provide a daily activity report (DAR) to the Supervisor.
  • Generate leads by requesting referrals and enter all new inquiry information in the appropriate system. Follow the contact strategy and track all correspondence with prospective learners in the appropriate system.
  • Utilize the Discover, Commit, Start Application process with prospective learners.
  • Assist prospective learners, learner families, and other relevant parties who may be involved in decision-making.
  • Invite qualified applicants to apply, ensuring they receive all necessary information and support throughout the application process.
  • Answer questions about the appropriate NursingProgram with accuracy.
  • Update and maintain learner records in the learner management system (LMS).
  • Review all required documentation needed for new learner enrollment, resolving any conflicting information in electronic files to ensure accreditation and compliance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other functions to provide the highest level of service for enrolling learners.
  • Review the eLearn assessment results to evaluate and determine the suitability of prospective learners for admission to the college.
  • Participate in weekly Admissions meetings including 1:1s, coaching meetings, trainings, and team meetings.
  • Participate in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.
What You Bring:
  • High school or general equivalent is required,
    preferred, or relevant work experience in customer service or sales in lieu of education.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, or ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Experience with CRM and SIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple projects within an environment that is dynamic and fast-paced.
  • Minimum of 2 years of College Admissions experience.
  • 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with FERPA.
