Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to manage customer service plans guiding students through the enrollment funnel and oversee student employees in the Office of Admissions.

The role includes coordinating prospective student services, call campaigns, ambassador program management, and admissions visit center operations, requiring collaboration with administrative partners and use of Slate CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Organizational Leadership/Development or Higher Education Leadership/Administration is required.
• 0+ years of professional experience, 0+ years of management/leadership experience is required.
• Experience in an undergraduate and/or graduate admissions office is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Slate by Technolutions experience is preferred.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound Admissions and Financial Aid communications; direct students to appropriate staff.
• Develop and execute a customer service-oriented call strategy to qualify leads and track recruitment performance from inquiry to enrollment.
• Lead and mentor student employees in the Office of Admissions and ensure high-quality interactions.
• Direct daily operations of Admissions Visit Centers in East Falls and Center City.
