Recover-Care seeks an Admission Director to manage patient admissions, explain policies, and coordinate a smooth transition into the nursing center. You will oversee financial verifications and ensure all paperwork is completed at admission.

In this role, you will handle walk-ins and calls, invite referrals, conduct tours, and provide brochures on Medicare facts and room rates to patients and families, supporting census growth and quality mix.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Sales experience in health care services or pharmaceuticals desirable.
• Familiarity with long-term care or health care services useful.
• Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the admission process and explains admission policies to patients and their families.
• Ensures smooth transition and complete paperwork at admission; emphasizes financial arrangements and responsibilities.
• Handles walk-in or telephone inquiries and invites referral sources to the nursing center; follows up on inquiries by conducting tours and providing brochures.
