Job summary

Magnolia Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Covington, TN is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, welcome new residents, and build strong ties with families and the local community.

You will coordinate marketing and outreach efforts, schedule tours, handle admissions paperwork, and partner with clinical and administrative teams to promote quality resident outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and SNF admissions/marketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting.
• Previous experience in long-term care in an Admissions/Marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (e.g., clinical outcomes, data points).
• Networking and putting together Community Events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, handle the admissions paperwork, and welcome all new admissions.
• Meet with residents and their families
• Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area.
• Lead and coordinate the admissions process
• Will also be out expanding the name and meeting with other people in the community.
