Job summary

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our team. You will manage the admissions process, develop referral relationships, and ensure a smooth experience for residents and families. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work closely with clinical teams to connect patients with appropriate post-acute care services and help grow census while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare admissions experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, post-acute, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, admissions processes, and post-acute healthcare services preferred.
