• Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the Sales and Marketing programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Experience coordinating admissions processes with physicians, social workers and discharge planners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process to ensure a positive experience for residents, families and staff.
• Direct and monitor the Admissions Department to meet census goals and ensure professional admissions.
• Admit patients to the facility and screen by admission criteria; collect and verify information.
• Coordinate with nursing and case management to assure appropriate admissions and bed availability.
• Outreach and education of referral sources to maximize admissions and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
