• Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions.
• Track admissions data, referral activity, and census goals.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with referral sources.
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Participate in community outreach and networking events.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will oversee the admissions process, build and maintain strong referral relationships, and help drive census growth while ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents and families.

Bilingual Spanish is required for this role due to the diverse population we proudly serve.
