Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or hospital liaison roles preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
• Conduct daily marketing and outreach activities to increase admissions and census growth.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, families, and the admissions team.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners on facility services and programs.
• Coordinate tours, meetings, and presentations with referral partners.
• Track referral activity and maintain marketing records and reports.
• Collaborate with facility leadership on strategic marketing initiatives.
• Participate in community events and professional organizations.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the facility.
• Support admissions processes and assist with referral follow-up as needed.

Coral Reef Subacute Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners to support census growth and promote the facility’s clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations
• Conduct daily marketing and outreach activities to increase facility admissions and census growth
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, families, and the admissions team
