Job summary

COMMUNITY PHARMACY in Maryland is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our team full-time. Read and evaluate referrals, build occupancy by fostering hospital and family relationships, and guide residents through the admission process.

You will support marketing plans, conduct tours, notify hospitals of status, and ensure timely sales reports. Strong interpersonal skills and LTC sales experience are essential; COVID vaccination required.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• 2+ years sales and marketing in Short-Term or Long-Term Care experience
• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.
• Maintain flexible work schedule for availability during evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of referral systems including: Aiden/EPIC/Navi/Allscripts
• Previous experience as an Admissions Director
