Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring an Admissions Director to lead the admissions team and oversee marketing efforts for resident admissions. This full-time role follows a Sunday-Thursday shift and emphasizes compassionate, personalized care within our facility.

Successful candidates will have admissions experience in post-acute settings and will drive strategies to maximize resident admissions while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Admissions experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or hospice is required.
• Role includes Marketing Director duties to promote admissions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the admissions staff to properly admit new/returning residents into the facility.
• Perform Marketing Director duties to present the facility in its best light to encourage admissions.

What to expect:

Direct the functions of the admissions staff to properly admit new/returning residents into the facility. Position also does Marketing Director duties including providing marketing services to present the facility in its best light to encourage current and future admissions to the facility.

Successful Candidates:

Rate Range: $35-$40/hour
