Healthcare Nursing Center, located in Chicago, IL, seeks a Director of Admissions to lead the resident admissions process with care and efficiency. You will coordinate with residents and families to complete admission documentation, ensure records are complete, and oversee the readiness of new resident rooms for arrival.

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in Admissions in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience preferable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the resident admissions process to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for residents and families.
• Ensure all required admission records are obtained and complete admission documentation with residents and families.
• Prepare new resident rooms prior to arrival to ensure comfort and safety.

As a Director of Admissions you are instrumental to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth and effortless. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at our facility by overseeing the resident admissions process, ensuring all records necessary for admission are obtained, working with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation, and ensuring new resident’s rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival. Our residentswill depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience an Admissions role in a Skilled Nursing facility. A bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related experience is preferable.
