Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 2+ years in sales or recruitment preferred.
• Experience in post-secondary education recruitment preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts and responds to inquiries from prospective students.
• Recruits, onboards, and supports students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Collaborates with SFS and Academic Affairs to streamline the process.
• Represents Lindenwood at school visits, events, and recruitment initiatives.
• Maintains records and reports on recruitment activities.
