Position Summary
This role has two components - one at the campus level as an Admissions Counselor and one at the organization level as the Social Media Manager.
As the Admissions Counselor, you will serve as the face of Templeton Academy at the campus level, managing the prospective student pipeline and providing exceptional customer service to families throughout the admissions process. At the organization level, as the Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote Templeton Academy and build the school's online presence across multiple platforms.
This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Admissions, Templeton Academy.
Admissions Counselor, Campus Level (20-25 hours per week)
Oversee a clear and simple end-to-end admissions process for prospective students and families.
Coordinate, schedule, and communicate seamlessly from inquiry to enrollment to ensure parents have exactly what they need to be successful.
Cultivate a curated, personalized, systematized, and efficient parent, student, and employee experience.
Continuously monitor and update Ravenna to maintain precision across all customer interactions, data, and information.
Embody Templeton Academy as a warm and knowledgeable host, delivering exceptional tours that exceed the standard.
Deeply understand Templeton Academy to communicate the value proposition with unwavering fidelity and finesse.
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective families, guiding them through the application and enrollment process with expertise and empathy.
Represent Templeton Academy as a passionate and engaging ambassador at all admissions events.
Analyze data and metrics to continually refine and optimize the admissions and enrollment experience.
Social Media Manager, Organization Level (15-20 hours per week)
Execute Templeton Academy's comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including content ideation, creation, editing, and reporting.
Monitor social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations to continuously improve the school's online engagement and reach.
Analyze social media data and provide meaningful insights to inform content planning and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging features to maximize the impact of Templeton's social media presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with prospective families.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to coordinate the admissions process effectively.
Mastery of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation/editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences.
Familiarity with the education sector and experience working in a school setting is preferred.
