Job summary

Apex is hiring an Admissions representative to answer questions about educational programs and guide prospective students through enrollment. You will use sales techniques to counsel students on the value of Apex programs and encourage commitment to their future education.

Responsibilities include taking leads, conducting interviews, tours, document review, and coordinating with Financial Aid. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with licensing assistance offered by Apex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Experience in education admissions or sales is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Take leads from ads and other sources.
• Conduct in-person interviews with prospective students.
• Screen applicants for eligibility and requirements.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective students.
• Follow-up with prospects via calls and emails.
• Process enrollment documents with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid for deposits and final enrollment.
• Maintain an up-to-date enrollments log and reports.
