Job summary

Everglades University in Florida Kendall is seeking an Admissions Counselor to manage admissions processes, guide prospective students through enrollment, and maintain communications across campus resources. You will respond to inquiries via campus, phone, or email and input notes in Campus Nexus.

The role requires day, evening and weekend availability and involves coordinating tours and recruitment activities as part of the admissions team.

• Review start plan with Campus Vice President on a weekly basis.
• Attend staff and team meetings.
• Assist in outside student recruitment activities.

• Understand admissions procedures and policies.
• Utilize professional communication to enroll and maintain future students.
• Follow-up with student inquiries either on campus, by phone or through electronic resources.
• Help students through the enrollment process and ensure that they have met all admissions requirements.
• Use Campus Nexus to follow-up on student inquiries and input notes as needed.
