LifeSkills Connection, Inc. in Kentucky is hiring an Admission Counselor to help young adults ages 16 to 24 connect with Job Corps, a federal career training program offering a diploma, housing, and career pathways.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with local travel. You will build relationships with schools and community partners, guide applicants through eligibility, and track enrollment progress to reach monthly goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a related field; or an associate's degree in one of these fields plus two years of related experience.
• Experience in outreach, admissions, recruiting, or youth programs is a plus; Job Corps experience is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Good organization and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• A genuine belief in young adults and an easy way of connecting with people.

LifeSkills Connection, Inc. is hiring an Admission Counselor in Kentucky. You'll connect young adults ages 16 to 24 with Job Corps, a free federal program that offers career training, a high school diploma or GED, housing, and a path to a career. Many of the young people you meet are looking for a fresh start, and you'll be the person who helps them take that first step. This is a full-time, hybrid position with local travel.

What You’ll Do
