Job summary

Haven Health Scottsdale is seeking an Admissions Coordinator/Admissions Assistant to support resident admissions under the guidance of the Department Manager. You will manage paperwork, verifications, insurances, and payor sources, coordinating with admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth intake process.

Responsibilities include organizing documentation, communicating with applicants and families, and ensuring compliance throughout the admissions cycle.

Qualifications

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Background screening, licensure verification (if applicable), reference check, drug testing.
• Tuberculosis testing.
• Employee health screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.
