• Experience with admissions or outreach within a similar setting preferred.
• Proficient with PCC or similar EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for residents and families throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate room readiness and support timely admissions.
• Conduct tours and ensure accurate, compliant admission documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records in the EMR and communicate with care teams.
• Report census updates and assist with admissions flow and coordination.
