PAM Health is seeking an admissions support professional to join our team at the Sugar Land facility. The role focuses on managing referrals, intake, verification, pre-certification, and admissions processes, and coordinating tours as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification. At least one year in a healthcare registration setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical terminology and knowledge of insurance verification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provides admissions office support for the facility as the lead support person.
• Manages referral, intake, verification, pre-certification, and admissions processes; conducts or arranges facility tours.
• Makes recommendations to the Admissions Manager regarding hiring and performance management of staff where applicable.
• Serves as a back-up to the Admissions Manager.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
