Job summary

Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an Assistant Admissions Coordinator to help maximize the nursing center census. You will implement admissions processes and coordinate referrals with PCC Core Operating System, while guiding prospective patients and families through the admissions journey.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have the ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing center's business need, specifically admission flow.

Responsibilities

• Implement an effective, streamlined admissions process on a 24-hour, 7-days per week basis to ensure admission sign-in compliance and a high level of patient/family satisfaction.
• Coordinate the nursing center referral flow admissions process including community sales, referral management and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing our Core Operating System (PCC).
• Conduct admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and/responsible party.
