Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Warminster Campus is immediately hiring an Admissions Coordinator for a part-time daytime schedule with no weekend work. Pay ranges from $24 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants and families, coordinating admissions, and acting as a liaison with providers. The role requires a four-year degree in social work or related field, with geriatric experience preferred, and proficiency in PCC, Outlook, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in social work or related field; minimum one year geriatric experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PCC; familiarity with hospital referral systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and nursing home admissions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides tours, counseling services and education to applicants and families; acts as Marketing Liaison at events.
• Liaison for residents, families, social workers and care managers with outside providers.
• Builds relationships with other providers to facilitate admissions.
• Oversees admissions process; ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Tracks admissions trends and referrals; maintains up-to-date resident records.
• Manages pre- and post-admission paperwork; scans documents into PCC; prepares summaries.
• Handles insurance authorizations for Health Care Center residents.
• Prepares and sends approval/denial letters and maintains waiting lists.
