Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a medical office or medical billing setting with direct patient contact.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance procedures is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admissions to the hospital according to established policies and procedures.
• Process admission paperwork and related records to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
