Genesis Healthcare in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an Assistant Admissions Coordinator to support admissions throughput and maximize the center census. You will collaborate with the Director of Admissions to streamline processes and engage with families during tours and counseling sessions.

The role requires flexible scheduling to meet the nursing center's needs, along with the ability to manage referrals and sign-in using PCC.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to adjust work schedule based on admissions flow.

Responsibilities

• Maximize nursing center census in collaboration with leadership.
• Implement an effective, streamlined admissions process on a 24-hour, 7-days per week basis to ensure admission sign-in compliance and a high level of patient/family satisfaction.
• Coordinate the nursing center referral flow admissions process including community sales, referral management and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC).
• Conduct admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and/responsible party.
