Graduate Post Acute in Philadelphia seeks an Admissions Coordinator to guide residents and families through the admissions process, coordinate with healthcare partners, and ensure a welcoming, smooth transition into our care community.

This full-time role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a patient-first approach. The salary range is $60,000-$70,000 per year with benefits, and includes tours, waiting list management, and census support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in an Admissions, Business Development, or related role within long-term care or a healthcare setting.
• Healthcare community relations experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours as admissions and marketing responsibilities may require.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy, professionalism and respect.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Obtain resident/guardian signatures on all required permits, releases, authorizations, and admission documents in a professional and supportive manner.
• Conduct welcoming, informative tours for prospective residents and their families, providing clear information about services, facilities, and care options.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date listing of all residents and their assigned room numbers.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation for a smooth admissions process.
• Maintain a resident waiting list following established policies to ensure fairness and organization.
• Support admissions and census goals through responsive communication and excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties to support admissions, marketing, and facility operations.
