Job summary

Skylake Post Acute is seeking an Admissions Coordinator on a PRN basis to support the admissions team in admitting new and returning residents. You will work closely with the facility to ensure accurate intake, scheduling, and coordination of resident placement.

The role offers paid time off, benefits through full-time offerings, and a collaborative, supportive team environment. Prior admissions coordination experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting is valued.
