Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage patient admissions and insurance workflows. Ideal candidates are highly organized, able to communicate clearly, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will contribute to access to care by advocating for patients and coordinating with care teams, while maintaining accurate records and delivering professional service in a home-like, community-based care model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.
• Related admissions/medical insurance work experience may substitute degree.
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
