Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage admission guidelines, support marketing, and gather applicant information for a smooth transition to the community.

You will screen applicants, complete admissions processes, and address resident concerns while contributing to census and quality mix with accurate, compassionate information for families and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in health care services or related fields is desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• A passion for working with seniors and delivering compassionate care.
• A flexible, energetic personality supports team success and resident relations.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, obtaining applicant information, screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the community. The Admissions Coordinator is also responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance.

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• College degree preferred
• Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferredProfessional image in both appearance and behavior
