Job summary

Carespring Health Care Management in Loveland, OH is seeking a Personal Admissions Coordinator to drive occupancy and serve as a bridge between marketing, the interdisciplinary team and patient care.

This external role represents the facility and Carespring facilities in marketing efforts and community involvement, managing outreach, referrals and admissions processes to achieve recruitment and occupancy goals. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing license is required.
• Proven sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on facility services to inquiries.
• Create and maintain marketing materials and relationships with referral sources.
• Coordinate patient admissions with interdisciplinary team and medical model.
• Document all admissions-related activity and track sales data.
• Maintain admission and sales goals as set by management.
• Oversee admissions processes to ensure proper department function.

Come join our team as a Personal Admissions Coordinator at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This external position represents the facility and other Carespring facilities through marketing and community involvement, as well as internally maintaining and managing occupancy rates.

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000! Plus bonus opportunities!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides information on facility services to any inquiry of the facility.
• Creates and maintains marketing “cookbook” as the basis for establishing strong relationships with potential referral sources.
• Works within the “sales model” while maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary team/”medical model” to coordinate patient care.
• Completes all required documentation in relation to new facility admissions.
• Maintains a consistent record tracking sales data to assure cookbook is appropriate.
• Maintains Admission and Sales Goals as established by Management.
• Oversees the functions of the Admissions Liaison to assure proper function of department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven sales experience with a background in healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing License Required.
