Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for patients and families. This full-time, onsite role supports the intake process and coordinates benefits verification with commercial payers and workers' compensation programs.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate information, smooth referrals, and compassionate service throughout the admission journey.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree.
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function in position with minimal supervision.
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for our patients and their families!
