Job Description

FLEX is seeking college admissions experts who can leverage their knowledge and experience to help families navigate the complex college admissions landscape and advise on strategic profile development and college applications. FLEX offers extensive training for newcomers to the industry.

What you’ll do:

1. Help students create competitive and strategic college applications to achieve their admissions goals.
2. Assist families with college essays, resumes, interviews, and lead seminars and workshops on academic and extracurricular strategies.
3. Collaborate with the FLEX Admissions Consulting team on research, idea exchange, and long-term projects.
4. Travel inter-regionally as needed.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from a U.S. Top 50 college or university
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for higher education
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Expert knowledge of the U.S. college admissions process
• Professional presentation skills
• Leadership, project management, and initiative-taking abilities
• Availability for some evenings and Saturdays (Full-Time: Tuesday - Friday 11:30am - 8:30pm; Saturdays 8am - 5pm)

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in admissions consulting or office roles
• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean
• Teaching experience
