Otterbein SeniorLife in Loveland, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Admissions Concierge) to partner with the facility team and ensure an outstanding experience for elders and families during stays.

The role focuses on guiding admissions, coordinating with departments, tours, room readiness, and processing initial payments, with DailyPay available to team members.

Onsite position with a strong emphasis on compassion, relationship building, and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience; healthcare experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to elders and families during admissions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate admissions and address needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to increase referrals.
• Support elder and team through the admission process.
• Communicate admission details and census changes between departments.
• Give info tours to prospective Elders and Rehab Guests and families.
• Ensure room readiness and create welcome package.
• Collect initial payment at the facility from new or transitioning Elders/families.
• Order supplies and equipment for admissions and ensure returns.
• Gather report information for long-term admissions.
• Complete Patient Inventory assessment.
