Job summary

Lifeskills-South-Florida is seeking an Admissions Counselor to respond to inquiries, coordinate admissions steps, and support enrollment for long-term behavioral health services. You will work with the Marketing Department and facility leadership to manage calls, tours, and referrals on-site.

You will engage with referred families, assess enrollment needs, complete required paperwork, and serve as a concierge to ensure a smooth admission process while upholding privacy and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years related experience.
• Ideal candidate should be outgoing, sales-oriented and able to proactively assist callers seeking treatment options.

Responsibilities

• Responds to program inquiries in appropriate and effective manner, communicating knowledge of programs, prices, and admission protocols.
• Coordinates and facilitates tours and communicates about program differentiators to potential participants, families, and referents.
• Assesses incoming enrollment applications for potential treatment needs and refers to the appropriate level of care.
• Completes all required paperwork to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
• Plans and coordinates all enrollments and acts as the concierge to ensure admissions proceed smoothly.
