Lifeskills Behavioral Health in Florida is seeking an Admissions Counselor to serve as the on-site enrollment lead, answering inquiries, tours, and guiding families through the admissions process.

You will partner with Marketing and leadership, coordinate multiple phases of enrollment, build relationships with referrals, and maintain Salesforce records to ensure a smooth experience for clients seeking behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related admissions experience.
• Outgoing, sales-oriented with strong phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with psychiatric conditions or behavioral health settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to program inquiries with knowledge of programs and admission protocols.
• Coordinate enrollment applications and tours for admissions.
• Build relationships with referents and families.
• Maintain enrollment and referral data in Salesforce.
